Tend Always Towards the Goal

Tend Always Towards the Goal

St. Teresa once said, “Come what may, happen what will, let those complain who will, tire yourself as you must, but even if you die half-way along the road … tend always towards the goal.”

I think she may have been talking about prayer here … or some other spiritual exercise perhaps.
But today at Kind Conversation, Ann shared this quote within a discussion we are having about homekeeping notebooks. And it fit beautifully.
More on the notebooks soon … Because I definitely have been inspired. Not just to make a pretty notebook, but to refocus on my homemaking duties.
But if you haven’t visited Kind Conversation, I encourage you to give it a try. It is “a quiet place to share a vision of rhythm and beauty, holiness and joy.” I have been inspired to some degree every time I have visited. So, come on over and join us! I think you’ll be glad you did =)

  1. I love this idea! I think I have tried this in one way or another on many ocfcasions, but they never really worked. It would be great to organize all the wonderful feast day plans, from all you ladies out there, and other family stuff in one "cute" place.
    Sarah,
let's get together again, and work on it. I really enjoyed seeing you the other day!
